Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta and Mrs. Gupta have always believed that retirement is not the end of dreams, but the beginning of a new, beautiful chapter. With a heartfelt desire to give back to society, they imagined a life where seniors could live with dignity, independence and freedom, free from the burdens of daily chores and responsibilities. Their travels abroad opened their eyes to senior living communities where warmth, care and vibrant companionship turned everyday moments into celebrations. Inspired deeply, they founded Holistic Senior Care Private Limited on May 29, 2023 and set out to create their first community under the brand name KOHAM Senior Living. At Koham, every service and comfort is just a call away. Mr. Gupta is a seasoned business leader with over three decades of experience across leading organisations such as SAIL, Jindal Industries, Surya Roshni and Arcelor Mittal. He most recently served as Managing Director & CEO of Shalimar Paints, where he successfully spearheaded a strategic turnaround, driving both profitability and sustainable growth. Mr. Gupta also holds board positions, including with the Paints & Coatings Skill Council and has been associated with the Apollo Group companies. He holds a Master’s degree in Physics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
Mr. Prakash brings over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas infrastructure sector. A graduate of the Officer’s Training School of the Indian Army, he has held key leadership roles at ONGC, GAIL and Dodsal Limited, contributing to major pipeline infrastructure projects across India. Most recently, he served as President & CEO of the Oil & Gas Infrastructure division at Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, where he was instrumental in establishing the business as a market leader.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Mr. Lal is a seasoned strategist and investment professional with over two decades of leadership experience across the healthcare, infrastructure and financial sectors. He has held senior roles at reputed organisations such as McKinsey & Company, IDFC Private Equity and Care Hospitals. At McKinsey, he advised leading corporates and government agencies on large-scale transformation and operational efficiency. At IDFC Private Equity, he led investments in healthcare and infrastructure platforms. As CEO of Care Hospitals, he spearheaded the chain’s expansion and operational strengthening. Mr. Lal also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University.
With over two decades of experience in real estate marketing and 18 years dedicated to senior living, Vijay brings a deep and holistic understanding of the entire senior living ecosystem, from product design and concept development to marketing, sales and operations. During his 16-year tenure as Head of Marketing at Ashiana Housing, he played a pivotal role in positioning the company as one of India’s most trusted senior living brands and launched multiple communities across the country, strengthening its national presence. His contributions have been widely recognised over the years, including being honoured as one of the Most Admired Marketing Leaders by the World Marketing Congress in 2025, being listed among India’s Top 100 Most Influential Marketing Leaders in 2016 and 2018 by CMO Asia and World Marketing Congress and received the Most Talented Marketing Professional (Real Estate Sector) award at Lokmat’s National Awards for Excellence in Real Estate & Infrastructure in 2014.
